By accessing and using Energy Sentry services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Energy Sentry provides energy management hardware and software solutions designed to help homeowners reduce their electricity costs through demand automation technology.
Our licensed electricians will install the Energy Sentry system at your property. The equipment remains the property of Interactive Energy Systems until fully paid for.
Every DAC includes standard coverage of five (5) years on parts and one (1) year on labor. Customers who register their system within ninety (90) days of installation may receive extended registered coverage. Promotional installs may include our Premium Warranty (ten-year parts, five-year labor, and priority service support) at no additional charge—a $2,500 retail value when not waived by your dealer. See your signed agreement for full warranty terms, exclusions, and registration requirements.
Payment options include cash, credit card, or approved financing. All sales are final after the 3-day cancellation period required by law.
Energy savings estimates are based on historical data and typical usage patterns. Actual savings may vary. Interactive Energy Systems is not liable for actual savings differing from estimates.
